Does it really say "blah, blah, blah.."? Hm. In any case, this is a "panic" error, and those are internal problems that you shouldn't be seeing. In this case, it probably means that something got confused about a data format; but that could be your system or Perl. Or both. I recommend re-installing Perl (maybe even a different version or build, if you can try that). ActiveState probably has some information on this class of problems, too. Somebody who knows more about Windows may have more ideas.
