Hello, Do you know if there is a screen reader accessible Windows GUI (like Win32::GUI, WXPerl, WinForms...) that supports UTF-8 and can be used in a perl program?
Win32::GUI is accessible for screen readers but I don't think it supports UTF-8. WinForms I don't think that can be used in a perl program. Thank you for any tips.
