Have you taken a look at the DBI documentation?

my $sth = $dbh->prepare('SELECT * FROM Table');
$sth->execute();

while(my $row = $sth->fetchrow_hashref()){
   my $name = $row->{NAME};
}

files so 
we can import it into a MySQL database, something like a dump file or
