No, that's not the problem, the first thing I checked. the script runs
under the
correct UID, as suexec is used, so the scripts don't run under "nobody" or
apache. The premission on the folder/file is set correctly.

You might want to search Google for "ImageMagick Exception 435". Looks like
it might be a version conflict. Below is a good post:

We'll after recompiling to the newest version w/PerlMagick, all seems to be
working now .... not exactly sure why, but it's working! ;)
