Out of curiosity is there any method for trapping Windows HTTP traffic transparently, without establishing a proxy configuration, using Perl. I am searching CPAN but can't find anything. I'm specifically looking for a way to monitor and potentially modify what happens between a users web browser and the internet more generic the system is the better but I don't even know if the tools exist at all.
