If you mail client does not support html then it definately will not support any other type of formatting language, that was my point about the rant regarding makinf text bold without using html.

Yes it is,
perldoc -f sprinf
from the command line will show you the documentation for the sprintf function.


Of course if you're on Winders, it will be different probably, not sure how to do it on Winblows as I don't Do windows ;p

You can google perldoc, I'm sure there's an online version of it, I just always use the shell so I don't need to go online for it.
