That is what I keep getting told. But for some reason it will not work on my
dos prompt. And what I entered before was copied and pasted into this
newsgroup that is working for everyone else. I must have something wrong
with the server that I am trying to us. I don't know what else it could be.

When I installed the perl program it also installed the Apache program
