plotting in Perl/Tk

[N, Guruguhan \(GEAE, Foreign National, EACOE\)]

Hi All,
          I am trying to develop a plotting utility in Perl/Tk for scatter plotting of 
data stored in a file. I would like to know is there any standard codes available for 
this? Any help in this regard is solicited.
