Hi folks, I am trying to build an interactive GUI frontend that will be similar in nature to those kiosk-style terminals giving info on all sorts of stuff. In a sense, it should have the look and feel of the install splash screens that you get while installing SuSE, RedHat and Fedora. I want to build it in perl rather than going to the extra effort of learning python (I think RedHat/Fedora use python for their install).
Can anyone give me any pointers on how to achieve this.
