I would recommend downloading activeperl from http://www.activestate.com/Products/Download/Register.plex?id=ActivePerl They don't need your personal information for you to download it. Get the windows MSI package. Once you have installed it, open the command prompt (It should be in accessories) and go to the path that the script is in by entering "cd c:\paththescriptisin". Then simply type "scriptname.pl" and it should run.
