Actually plain 'CPAN' is the module you are using, and the Bundle::CPAN at least in some versions can be very annoying in that if you do not have an up-to-date Perl installed it will try to help you and upgrade your Perl which can be *very* annoying. Rumor has it that this is fixed in newer versions of Perl/CPAN...??
