Is there an utility which can do this
I am not bothered if it is a very heavy code , I am not going to use it on the fly at run time , I am just going to keep some pregenerated images
If you just want to pre-generate a few choices, I recommend your favorite graphic editor (Photoshop, The Gimp, etc.).
