I'm wondering if the author is so stupid that it doesn't realize that MIME::Tools and MIME::tools are not _same_. Only similar, but different for at least one bit. I just tried to install Mail::MboxParser on my redhat 8 system with perl -MCPAN -e 'install Mail::MboxParser' and it worked without any problems.
