I am very new to perl. i need to write a simple user log system if you go to http://apidb.org/regstragreement.html after you click agree, you will be direct to regiser page. http://apidb.org/regstr.html now if you click directly http://apidb.org/regstr.html you will be able to go to the same page to register. the registration information will go by mysql db via perl program.
This is not want i want, I want user to have to agree the agreement before he/she register. this mean if you click http://adb.org/regstr.html you will be direct to http://apidb.org/regstragreement.html to read and agree the agreemenet.
