You mean besides the obvious:

Remember this is a Perl list. There must be as many books on HTML as 
there are web pages at this point, check any bookstore or library, no 
matter how small of a town you are in there must be one book on HTML I 
think it is federal law now. :-)

If you mean in particular for use with the CGI.pm module, check its 
documentation:
