Yes, I have sudo, and I also have the passwords for the other users I need.

That's atricky one. Do you have sudo or are running apache/ssh/however you
are 'enter' ing the server as setuid?
You'll probably need to talk to your server admin and ask him how you'd go
about that one. 
More details may helpm though.
