This is first and foremost a mailing list.  However, perl.org which
hosts this and many other mailing lists also has an NNTP server
(nntp.perl.org) which mirrors most of its mailing lists.  As a
consequence of this, other NNTP servers have mirrored these mailing
lists as well, some of which may be read-only.
