hi to all, i need to calculate p-value of Student's t-test for many values. i've in input a TAB-delimited txt file in which there are many columns of numbers (they're means of values of alternatively "row data") for thousands of rows. I need in output of a TAB-delimited txt file with columns of p-values for each couple or group of columns of the input. Is there a module for automatize this operation? i'm looking for it on CPAN web database, i'm trying to submit "p-value" as key- word in the search-form, but i don't found yet anything.
