There are no real Perl compilers, but there are two main programs out there for creating executables out of your code. The first, which I use, is PerlApp from ActiveState. It works very well, but as far as I know must be purchased as part of the Perl Dev Kit. The second is Perl2exe, and I can't remember who makes it.
