My MUA believes you used Microsoft Outlook IMO, Build 9.0.2416 (9.0.2910.0)
to write the following on Thursday, August 22, 2002 at 4:10:40 AM.

Also not an IDE, but I use gVim (or Vim, both at www.vim.org) and have
f9 mapped to run the code in the current window. I also use TextPad,
but don't know if there is a way to launch the code (probably is, I
just don't know it, look at the web site)
