Net::Telnet problem Timed-out waiting for command prompt

hi everybody,
i am using Net::Telnet module.
it works fine for some users while for others it give this error message:
Timed-out:waiting for command prompt
I think this problem is concern with mounting of home directory of users.
How can i get rid of this problem.
