Please excuse the stupid question but I'm trying to get my head round too many things at once and I could do witha quick explanation please.
I'm trying to follow the perl makefile.pl make make test make install However, I have no program on my system called make. I'm running Perl 5.6.0 on Win2k. What am I doing wrong or what haven't I got?
