Hi Folks, A while ago I posted to the list a question asking if I should buy the perl cookbook, I was a bit concerned that the book would be "out of date" because of all the talk about perl 6 and such like, but the response from this list was that the book was an excellent investment. So, I decided to take the plunge and buy the book. I received the book today (got it delivered to work) and literally within about 10 minutes or so the book had paid for itself, a perl problem I'd been struggling with for a couple of days and bang there it was an example (and solution !) in the book.
