how much of this is merely the 'hit reply - small r' vice
'big R' - {reply to all} - and/or failing to 'read' the
actual email header and adjust them accordingly?
I rig my outgoing email with a 'reply to' line that points
back to the list - and some folks send email to both me
and the list - without editing the address lines. So My
email rules stuff both into the same folder and I get to
delete the dupes...
A part of the problem of course is that there really are
no good ways to formalize when and for how long a given
'thread' needs to be 'on the list' ....
