The Apocalypses are written by Larry Wall and describe the way things will work in Perl 6, the Exegeses are written by Damian Conway where he gives examples of what Larry is taking about. The RFC's are proposed changes submitted by the Perl community, which may or may not be accepted, and Parrot is the new Perl VM.
