Newbie Question

Hi guys,
 
I have a newbie question.  I've tried to update my module packages and
was using ppm on win2k.  After I installed Tk, my ppm isn't working
anymore.  It'll still give me command prompt, but when I type verify
-upgrade, nothing happens.  Can anybody help me?
