cookie created in one file ok. i can retrieve it, i can see it, etc. then i hit a link to another file in the same directory, and the cookie isn't available. empty hash from 'fetch CGI::Cookie;' also no HTTP_COOKIE key in %ENV, though it was there before the href link.
