Hello, I have perused the archives but can't find an answer to my problem. I have built a perl program, I use DBI.pm in it. Upon running the program I get the following return:
"Can't locate loadable object for module DBI in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl//5.6.0/i586-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl//5.6.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/ /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0/i586-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0/i586-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at ./updatedb.pl line 4 Compilation failed in require at ./updatedb.pl line 4. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at ./updatedb.pl line 4." I have tried using the pragma use lib '/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/' use DBI; and various other ideas found but it doesn't work I get different errors and very close to a running program but no joy. Apparently my program can't tell where the DBI.pm mod is even when I tell it specifically where it is.
