You should be able to set this within the picture. Please consult 
the docs of the program you use to create the GIF and if you do 
not find a way to do this ... throw it out of window and use another.

Sorry can't give you any suggestions. You would not want to look 
at a site that was designed including the colors and images by me.


Plus I believe you can use JavaScript within the page to stop & 
restart the animations.
