This type of question isn't very useful on this list; let me see if I can explain. It's like going to a Fine Arts school and asking, "How do I paint a landscape?" Well, they'd be happy to show you, but they can't give a short answer the way they could if you asked, "What's the best binder for mixing Bigglesworth oil paints?" They're going to have to take a whole class to answer your question.
