I am sure I am not looking at this in the right perspective and there is a
simple answer

In NT, how would you schedule a perl script to be run?

This is how I am seeing the problem; to schedule a task in windows I would
do it using scheduler.

1. Use scheduler--problem when you schedule a task with this you need to
designate a .EXE which is fine but when I use PERL is uses "PERL.EXE [File
name]" There is no way to distinguish the file name

Can anyone suggest something out of the box that I am in.

Thank you
