If the mail that you intend to get/send is not going to be too long (ie short messages) try some javascript. Some good email scripts available at http://javascript.internet.com. If you are really wanting to use perl (and who would blame you!) post your OS (windows/Unix/Solaris etc) as this can affect the programs you can use. Chris
