I second the Mail::SpamAssassin recommendation.  When Mail::Audit came out 
I was muy sympatico with its comments about the inscrutability of procmail 
rules, and figured I'd write a spam-scoring process around it.  Lo and 
behold, someone had already done it by the time I got around to it.  But 
you do have to get perl put in your smrsh list if you're using sendmail.
