Hi all, I'm trying to install RT2 - perl helpdesk suite, but it depends on a load of modules which it will automaticall install using CPAN (I believe) as part of the install script. Is it possible to tell CPAN *not* to upgrade perl in the progress.
In the past, if I've let CPAN install a bundle for just about anything, it's also gone and tried to upgrade perl first which to put it bluntly shafts my box.
