Something like

[-Subroutines::ProhibitSubroutinePrototypes]

in your .perlcriticrc should do the trick.

You can also do it inline with something like

## no critic (Subroutines::ProhibitSubroutinePrototypes)
sub subname ( ... ) {
## use critic
