1. Fill in "Name" field
2. Fill in "Location" field
3. Push the button "Add"
4. Look at the messages at the bottom of the main PPM window:
there shoud be:
Synchronizing Database done
Downloading <name> packlist ... done
Updating <name> database ... done
Synchronizing Database ... done
It can take a while.
5. Press OK
