I want to control an ftp session with a Perl script so that I can log on to boxes (which may require a username & password or just a username), search for files and move files from box to box. The script will have to deal with the possible responses and be able to act accordingly. If you have any ideas on how this could be done or have example scripts it would be much appreciated.
