I'm finding some perl project -- not a Bittorrent module that need a lot of own codes to write -- similar to twitter's murder( https://github.com/lg/murder) which is wrote by ruby. My website is Dancer and my cluster manager is Rex, so it may be strange to use the murder and capistrano for distributing the upload files.
