I am running Win7Pro-64bit and using Strawberry Perl 64 bit version 5.16. When I attempt to use "install Tk" from Strawberry Perl's "cpan>" prompt I get two instances of "perl.exe not responding". After responding OK to the first, activity resumes, but after the second time I get the following (I trimmed off all but the last part):
