Just prints the memory adress:
ARRAY(0x29d459c)ARRAY(0x29d462c)ARRAY(0x29d46cc)
apparently I am not dereferencing the data structure correctly.
Below is a sample of what it looks like.
$VAR1 = [
[
1,
1,
'70',
'90',
undef
],
[
1,
2,
'200',
'65',
undef
],
