Use this command to create the list of installed modules:
$ perl -MExtUtils::Installed -E 'print "$_\n" for
ExtUtils::Installed->new->modules' > /tmp/installed.list
Copy installed.list to the target system, install `cpanm` and then use
this commnad to install them:
$ cat /tmp/installed.list | cpanm --interactive
--
