BBEdit would work too. Just use the "Find and Replace" feature and tell it what directory to use. It will change that line in every file in there.
If the OP isn't using a Mac I'm sure there are other tools that do the same thing (I'm also pretty sure they're using a Mac) It's not the answer they're looking for, but it's a simple and easy solution that's also pretty darn fast.
