Of the UK ones - I use a bytemark VM; good value and good support.
A quick search on FirstServ for Perl, mod_perl and perl only brings a result on the last one as part of the word 'properly' which doesn't give me much confidence they do actually support perl or mod_perl now. A search on Pair Networks brings up better results for all three words including http://www.pair.com/support/knowledge_base/authoring_development/writing_secure_perl_scripts.html which is good to see. The mod_perl offerings seem to involve managed dedicated servers and virtual machines, of which I'd regard the latter as the first step up away from the generic hosting agreements out there. FWIW: I am currently involved in a project that uses another third party hosting arrangement; being driven down to cPanel/ftp access only is bad enough but the most heinious part of it is that the site runs Perl 5.8 - which I am pretty sure is unsupported now.
