I had to replace it with a newer version from the Selenium download site. In the time I spent working with it, I got the distinct impression that all of the Perl developers had left that project, and nobody still working on it was interested in keeping the Perl drivers up to date. I never saw any indication there would be Perl drivers bundled with Se2.
