I am not sure you want to do that...  Generally udp traffic is lossy while web 
content is over tcp so it is not.  As a result there are huge network 
performance issues that are raised...  What might work, if I can guess the 
problem you are having, is you can ssh into the remote box and tunnel udp 
traffic to your remote box, possibly on a different network.... Does this make 
sense?
