This was a draft that I rejected in favour of my post to the 'Ten Years of Considerate help' thread. I clearly sent it in this state instead of deleting it, and regret that it ever appeared on the list, if only because it reproduced private mail wholesale which I would never condone. Please do your best to ignore this thread's existence and pass it over.
