On a side note: One needs neither SELinux nor NFSv4 for Access Control Lists with Linux. XFS introduced ACLs natively to the Linux world years ago, and every of the most used file systems the linux kernel supports has ACLs and extended attributes built in. Rsync, tar, cp, ..., support ACLs and attributes.
