Ah I shouldn't have gotten it wrong in the first place, but its wwwblast. Basically just download the wwwblast-arch-os.tar.gz (so if you're on linux on a 32bit machine it's the wwwblast-2.2.18-ia32-linux.tar.gz file) file from the link I gave you before. Extract the contents, put them onto your web server. Use formatdb to make your blast databases and put the database files into the folder named db/. Add the databases to the blast.html and blast.rc file. And that should be it from memory.
