Hi all,

No, I don't disagree with you at all. I think I, myself, said "do more harm
than good" in my original reply.
However, I can understand why anyone who isn't an expert would be all to eager
to help. Perhaps they've received help by an expert recently and feel that by
helping others, they are returning the favor. "Keep the balance", so to speak,
of questions asked/questions answered.
Of course, blind leading the blind is a bad thing. But the intention was good
and the admission of not being an expert was offered at the same time. Maybe
all I'm saying is "admonish, but admonish with restraint"; the person being
admonish could be the next expert some day...if given the chance... ;-)
