Nope, my test drive is my ThinkPad's d: drive, and I am set up as an
Admin on the ThinkPad.  I can create/delete/modify any dirs/files I
want from both the command line and M$ Win Explorer...

If I change the "die" part of the "move" line to:
move ($Source, $Dest) or die "$!\n";
(was move ($Source, $Dest) or die "Error: $!\n";)

I get the additional description to the error msg:
 (F) The setuid emulator in suidperl decided you were up to no good.

Which is the same thing the Camel book says for "Permission denied" -
not helpful to me...
